POOLAPP 2.0
POOLAPP is the new application, available free of charge for both Android and iPhone, intended for swimming pool owners.

POOLAPP is available for Android and iOS operating systems, respectively in PLAYSTORE and APPSTORE. 1. Access the Store -> search for POOLAPP paying attention to the logo -> Download and install POOLAPP
It is also possible to obtain the application by framing the QR-Code that your trusted technician will provide you (who from now on we will call DEALER)
2. Access your mobile phone camera -> frame the QR-Code -> Download and install POOLAPP
- The Registration
start POOLAPP and, by pressing anywhere on the display, the LOGIN page will open. If you are already registered, enter your email and password to open POOLAPP. The next time you log in, you will no longer be asked to log in, unless you log out of the application. If the application is not opened for more than 30 days, the login procedure will be requested when opening POOLAPP.
If you have forgotten your password, follow the relevant procedure, clicking on 'Recover Password'.
If you are not a POOLAPP user yet, press 'Not registered yet?' and fill in the mandatory fields of the registration form. Under 'Enter your dealer's VAT number here', enter the VAT number of your trusted technician, or click on the QRCODE logo and frame the QR CODE that your dealer will provide you.
To proceed, read the Privacy Policy, accept and proceed. From this moment, the application will take on the appearance and content of your trusted dealer.
ATTENTION: enter your real name and surname and make sure that the rest of the data is also truthful, in order to be able to offer you a punctual and discreet service.
- The Profile
By clicking on the profile icon, you will open a drop-down menu with the following items:
-PROFILE
-LANGUAGE
-ADDRESSES
-ORDER HISTORY
-USER MANUAL
-LOGOUT
In PROFILE, you can complete/modify your data, consult the Privacy policy again, or you can delete your account.
ATTENTION: by deleting your account, all references to your registration in the entire POOLAPP database will be deleted, including your order history, communication archive, etc.
In LANGUAGE, you can choose to use other languages than Italian. At the moment the choice is limited to French and English.
In ADDRESSES you can enter all the addresses that concern you, among which you can choose to send the material ordered in the shop. The address that you indicate with the full star will be considered the default one
In ORDER HISTORY you will see the list of orders placed with their relative status (open, closed, delivered, etc.)
With LOGOUT you will exit POOLAPP. To access again, you will need to log in again
- The Assistance
By pressing the Assistance icon (wrench) you access a form where you can write any technical problem you have with your pool and photograph the detail (for example a leak or a breakage, etc.) that better explains what happened. It is also possible to choose a photo from your gallery: this will greatly help the dealer, in choosing the equipment and spare parts needed for the intervention.
ATTENTION: When you tap the text field, the keyboard will appear to type; instead of writing, you can use the microphone located at the top right and dictate the text that will appear automatically.
- The Shop
By pressing the Shop icon (shopping cart), you access the shop of products that your dealer will make available to you. These will be grouped into Categories, visible in alphabetical order, within which the items will be displayed with a title, one or more photos, a description, one or more 'sizes', a price, already including VAT and transport costs. By selecting the items you wish to purchase, they will go into a cart and, to complete the order, you will have to choose one of your addresses and finally proceed to payment. You can consult the track of your orders in the Profile menu: 'ORDER HISTORY'
ATTENTION: the AAA-PROMO Category contains temporary promotions that the dealer wants to propose to its customers (see The News)
- The News
NEWS includes all the communications that the dealer wants to transmit to all its customers, at the same time. Every time a NEWS is available, a notification will appear on the mobile phone. News mainly includes PROMOTIONS of products at a special price, which will be made available in the shop, under the AAA-PROMO category; but also events, general notices that the dealer wants to bring to the attention of all its customers. News are timed, that is, on the expiry date set by the dealer, they will disappear from the POOLAPP
- The Direct Line
DIRECT LINE is a container in which DIRECT communications from the Dealer to the specific user converge. They mainly include DELIVERY NOTICES generated following maintenance, but also appointments, notices and other communications from the dealer.
For each new communication, a notification will appear on your mobile phone.
These communications, once read, can be archived by pressing the button next to the title. The archive is accessible via the ARCHIVE text. In this area, old communications can be permanently deleted from POOLAPP
ATTENTION: for convenience, 2 types of communication have been distinguished: the DELIVERY NOTE distinguished by the YELLOW colour and the INFO, i.e. the generic communication
- My Pool
In this area, the pool or pools you own are defined, distinguishing them with a name and a photograph. For pools in which the POOL-CONSOLE is installed, the 'GO TO CONSOLE' button is enabled: by pressing it, you access the dashboard of the chemical-physical values of the pool, transmitted live by the POOL-CONSOLE. In the case of a BASIC POOL-CONSOLE, the pH, RedOx and temperature values will be detected. The RedOx value, expressed in mV, is directly proportional to the chlorine concentration and as a function of the pH of the water. The following table is indicative, but quite effective:
The values are detected approximately every 120 seconds and monitored through a pre-set and adjustable limit value (set-point).
